A New Empire

When your empire is attacked, the presence of the Hospital lets you recover wounded troops at a less cost than what it takes to train new ones, saving as many troops as your Hospital and Hospital Wards can support. Any other troop that is attacked dies, and any troop attacked outside of your empire is not protected by the Hospital.
