There's been some ideas kicked around in the background… partially as reference to mods and partially as a possible ground for discussion of the new features for members, here's a short list. Note that they're not all guaranteed to be added, and they're not all the ideas we've discussed.
+User pages/portals. Content would be whatever the user in question thought useful for their use of the wiki, such as direct links to interesting pages, direct links to create pages in certain categories (say, if you have an article to submit you could just type in the title of your article in the right place on your portal and press enter), links to your characters' pages/blogs if you participate in a Mythopoeia RP, and such things. User info, I think, should stay on the wikidot-provided user info pages.
These would NOT be private (ie viewable only to the user) but viewable to all with a link to the page. However, they would be unlisted as far as possible (ie wouldn't be listed in Pages or other such places).
+Considering we have quite a lot of usage of the original Japanese names and such in Chrysalis and we all in all have a bit of an educational flare, one idea is a Japanese Word/Phrase per Week with a Final Fantasy flavor. Each week would have us publish a new informational bit about a word or phrase in Japanese, illustrated and explained through Final Fantasies. Example usages would naturally also be present.
+This is more related to the Mythopoeia RPs, but minigames and contests and such are upcoming when we hit enough members (after the release of 14:ARR). There remains a possibility that non-Mythopoeia Chrysalis members could also participate, or that we might have separate ones for Chrysalis members if there's enough interest.
+Related to the above, there might be a way we could have rounds of playing FF-TCG online if there's enough interest. Due to lack of coding skills though, this would be limited to non-graphical interfaces for the game, and rely more on trust as you can't see what your opponent is doing with their cards. Access to Google Drive mandatory. Alternate suggestions for online playing of FF-TCG most welcome.
