TCG Promotional Cards

This is a list of promotional cards in the Final Fantasy Trading Card Game. Each promotional card also mentions how they were obtainable. Note that since the cards are Japanese, each game launch/event refers to the Japanese version.

Remove Aya Brea from the game: Choose 1 Forward of cost 2 or less. You gain control of that Forward. This ability can only be used on your own turn.2
When Cloud is played to the field, choose up to 3 Forwards. Deal to them in succession 5,000, 3,000 and 1,000 damage.3 After Tifa has Broken a Forward with battle damage, put Tifa into active mode. When put into active mode like that, Tifa can attack again.4 After Squall has dealt damage to your opponent, your opponent discards a card from their hand.5

After Chocobo has attacked in a party, its attack power will rise by 3,000 points until the end of the turn.6
When you control 6 Forwards, Tidus will gain +6,000 power and the statuses Preemptive Attack and Brave.7 Preemptive Attack
When Sephiroth is played to the field, choose one Forward of the Light element. Break that card.
Damage received by Forwards you control is dealt to Cecil instead.8

When you're in control of a Laguna, Squall's power rises by 2,000.
When Squall is played to the field, both players discard a card from their hand. If you're in control of a Laguna, your opponent discards one additional card as well.
When you're in control of a Squall, Laguna's power rises by 1,000.
When Laguna is played to the field, choose one Forward. You can make it Dull. If you're in control of a Squall, it cannot become Active on the controller's next turn.
When Warrior of Light is played to the field, choose one job. Warrior of Light gains that job.
Class Change (S)(1A): Warrior of Light gains Level Up until the end of the turn.

Preemptive Attack
When you're in control of a Shalua, Vincent gains +1,000 power and Haste.
When you're in control of a Reeve, Vincent gains +1,000 power and Brave.
When you're in control of a Balthier, Fran gains +1,000 power and cannot be targeted by the opponent's abilities.
After Fran has made a party and attacked with Balthier, deal 3,000 damage to all of your opponent's Forwards.
For every Class 0 Forward you control other than Ace, Ace gains +1,000 power.
Every Class 0 Forward that you control gains +1,000 power.
When Rydia is played to the field, you can search your deck for an Eidolon of cost 2 or less. Place it in your hand. Shuffle your deck.

Aspir Venom (S)(1Wi): Deal 2,000 damage to each of your opponent's Forwards. Until the end of the turn all of your Forwards gain 2,000 power.
Gilgamesh Change (S)(2Li): Until the end of the turn Gilgamesh gains power x2, Preemptive Attack and Brave. This turn, he can attack twice. This ability can only be used on your own turn. (1I)(W): Remove the top card of your deck from the game. You can use that card this turn (this is not treated as playing from the hand, you can't pay for a card by discarding it and can't play it to the field through Link).

After Faris has attack, deal 1,000 damage to all Forwards your opponent controls. If you're in control of a Bartz, Galuf or Krile, deal them 2,000 damage instead.
(1F)(W): Choose one Forward that is attacking. Until the end of the turn, raise its power by +1,000 and give it Preemptive Attack. Evanescence (S)(W): Choose one character in Dull mode of cost 3 or less. Break it. When Serah is played to the field, your opponent discards one card from their hand.
When Serah is moved from the field to the Break Zone, choose one Forward. You can make it Dull.

Finishing Touch (S)(1A)(W): Choose one Forward. Deal it damage equal to Cloud's power.
Haste
After Noel has attacked, choose one Forward. It cannot block this turn.
When Caius is played from the hand to the field, you can search for 1 Bahamut and place it in your hand.
When Caius is sent to the Break Zone from the field, you can discard one Bahamut. If you do so, return Caius to the field in Dull mode.
When Cinque is played to the field, unless you discard one random card Cinque is moved to the Break Zone.

You can have as many Maats in your deck as you wish.
Bear Killer (S)(W): Choose one Forward. Make it dull and deal it 2,000 damage for each name: Maat in your Break Zone.
Deposit (S): Place as many cards as you want from your hand to the top of your deck in an order of your choosing.
Withdraw (S)(W): Search for one card from your deck and place it in your hand.

(1F)(W): Choose one Forward. Deal 2,000 damage to it. You can only use this ability when you're in control of a Marche.
The cost of Nine in your hand is lessened by 1 for each job:Class 0 you control.
For every job:Class 0 other than Nine that you control, Nine gains +2000 power.
After Ashe has attacked, choose one Forward your opponent controls of cost 2 or less. You can return it to their hand.
When Ashe is moved from the field to the Break Zone, draw 1 card.
Soothe (S), return a name:Chocobo or job:Chocobo Character card to your hand: You can play as many name:Chocobo and job:Chocobo Character cards as you want from your hand to the field.

Choose one Forward you control. Deal it 2,000 damage, give it +1,000 power, and Firion gains Level Up. Any Yuna you control cannot be chosen by your opponents effects.
(2Wa): Play Tidus to the field in dull mode. This ability can only be used when Tidus is in the Break Zone and you're in control of a Yuna Forward.
Overdrive (2F) - When Cloud is played to the field, choose 1 Forward. Deal 7,000 damage to it.
Blade Beam (S)(1F)(1A): Deal 4,000 damage to all of your opponent's Forwards.
When your opponent summons an Eidolon, if they don't pay (3A), the effect will be voided.
When either player has summoned an Eidolon, Terra gains +2,000 power until the end of the turn.

Tempting Tango (S)(1Wi)(1A): Choose one Forward your opponent controls. It deals damage equal to its own power to all other Forwards your opponent controls.

(1I): Place Sephiroth on the top of your deck.
When Warrior of Light is played to the field, choose 1 Forward of 9,000 or more power that your opponent controls. Break it.
Any Forwards you control other than Warrior of Light gain +1,000 power.

Alternates

These cards are alternate-art versions of other cards, obtained through various means not similar to the way to gain the regular-art version of the card. Other than for the art, the cards are identical, down to the ID number.

When Yuri is dealing damage to a Forward, make that damage 2,000 more instead.
Any Forward you control (other than Yuna) with the same job as Yuna gain +1,000 power.
0: Point out 1 job. Yuna becomes the pointed job until the end of the turn. This ability can only be used once in a turn.
When Aya Brea is played to the field, choose 1 Forward. Deal it 4,000 damage.
Exclude Aya Brea from the game: Choose 1 Forward of cost 2 or less. You gain control of it. This ability can only be used on your own turn.
