Middle La Noscea (中央ラノシア [chuuou la noscea] or 'central la noscea' in Japanese) is clustered around the shores of the Galadion Bay in the south-western tip of Vylbrand in Final Fantasy XIV. It used to be considered part of Lower La Noscea in version 1.x, but is considered separate from it in 2.0+ after the Calamity. Its main locations are Zephyr Drift, Summerford and the Three-malm Bend, although it bears noting that in 1.x Summerford used to be known as Bearded Rock.
